GeoPost UK has acquired a 57 per cent equity holding in
wnDirect, a provider of international logistics solutions for retailers. The investment
will enable wnDirect to open a series of processing centres throughout the
world. wnDirect is currently used by a number of major UK e-tailers for which
it delivers over 8 million packages.
