GI Solutions Group has acquired Eclipse Colour Print, Eclipse 4DM and Direct Link to complement its integrated marketing business. The Eclipse companies will continue to trade as independent operating companies and will maintain their current identities. Simon Moore. Eclipse managing director has joined GI Solutions main board and will continue in his role as managing director and remains a significant shareholder.
Moore commented “As a business Eclipse has come a long way since it started in 1999. I am delighted to be working with GI Solutions Group which will give us and our customers many more options going forward, and am looking to being involved in a larger group.”
The combined group offers services ranging from data services through DM and transactional services and commercial print with a combined turnover of around £80 million.
