Chocolatier, Green & Black’s created a transactional section of
its website this month offering a gifting service in time for
Christmas. On the launch, a spokesperson commented, “It is
something we have been considering for a while, now that we have
secured good distribution for our range – we want to continue to
exceed our consumers’ expectations with new gifting ideas. This
site is an ideal way for us to build direct relationships with
our consumers and deliver special confectionery gifts. It is
aimed at consumers looking for gifting inspiration, especially at
key occasions such as Christmas and Mothers’ Day, the product
selection will be updated seasonally to offer timely gift
solutions and new ideas.” The company will be targeting
Green & Black’s consumers via direct mail and calls to action on
advertising with plans for a major launch campaign in the Spring.
