Hawes & Curtis offer Doddle service

Businesswear specialist Hawes and Curtis has become the latest retailer to complete a full integration to embed Doddle into its online checkout. Customers can now choose to use Doddle, the new parcel collection, returning and sending service located in and around train stations across Britain, for delivery of online purchases directly through the Hawes and Curtis website. Hawes and Curtis chose to integrate with Doddle to supplement its existing delivery services, which includes click & collect as well as next day delivery. The move will give customers enhanced delivery options ahead of the peak season and beyond.

Antony Comyns, Head of e-Commerce, Hawes and Curtis, said: “We wanted to partner with Doddle to improve our multi-channel offering and to give our customers as many delivery options as possible. Doddle is an excellent concept and a very slick operation, which will be of great benefit to our customer base. We were also very impressed that Doddle offers a changing room service so consumers can try their items on in store before deciding whether to return them.”

Tim Robinson, CEO at Doddle, said: “The Doddle service is focused on offering convenience to all shippers and retailers. Delivery is an extension of the overall customer journey and our highly efficient service will only improve the online shopping experience. We are pleased to be working closely with such an esteemed retailer as Hawes and Curtis, offering its customers another simple and convenient option to collect and return their purchases where and when they want.”

In addition to Hawes and Curtis, Doddle is currently working alongside many of the UK’s leading retailers, including ASOS, Countrywide Farmers, New Look and T.M. Lewin.
