hessnatur acquired by Wourth group

Wourth Group has announced the acquisition of  German organic fashion and home products brand hessnatur for an undisclosed fee.

Founded in 1976, hessnatur develops and distributes high-quality fashion and home products made from natural materials. Its product range includes women’s, men’s and children’s clothing as well as lingerie and home products, sold through its own online shop, five stores and selected digital platforms.

In a statement on LinkedIn, Wourth Group said: “We’re delighted today to announce the acquisition of hessnatur to join Wourth Group. We have admired hessnatur for some time and are excited to support the leadership team in the exciting next stage of their development.”
