Reports are that Hilding Anders has found a taker for the Feather & Black business which it bought out of administration just over two years ago. It is understood that a deal involving a nominal purchase price with a dowry from the Swedish bedding group Hilding Anders has been agreed with investment firm Capital. Hilding Anders declined to comment. Further details will be published once the transaction has been finalised.
