Multichannel craft and hobby products retailer Hobbycraft is using Merchenta’s consumer engagement optimisation platform to deliver its online behavioural advertising across millions of websites worldwide, including Facebook. “Merchenta’s dynamic IntelliAds have boosted Hobbycraft’s sales within days of the campaign launch. the traffic they drive converts 47 per cent above average with an average order value 30 per cent higher,” said Edward Armitage, Head of eCommerce and Multichannel at Hobbycraft. “In just the first two weeks, Merchenta has driven over 4 per cent of our online sales and we look forward to more incremental sales as the campaigns continue to optimise,” he added.
Founded in 1995, Hobbycraft is the largest arts and crafts retailer in the UK with 78 stores and more planned for 2015. It has an offering of over 30,000 products for more than 250 crafts.
