All Holland & Barrett customers can now place orders whilst in any of its 700+ stores following a successful trial in 22 outlets in the North of England. Orders are placed at the point of sale via the retailer’s EPoS system and covers 8000 products which can be delivered to any Holland & Barrett store or parcel shop for customer collection or direct to the customer’s home or office address. The scheme is also being rolled in in Ireland. Holland & Barrett also offers next day click and collect from all of its stores and is currently generating around 100,000 orders a month at its website, shipping to 30 countries.
