Homeform Group which operates the Moben and Kitchens Direct
brands, has been acquired by Sun Capital through one of its
affiliates. All Homeform Group customers commitments, deposits
and delivery dates for goods that have been ordered but not yet
fitted will be honoured, as will all warranty and product
guarantees. Commenting, Tony Vicente, CEO of Homeform, said,
“It is 100 per cent business as usual. With the backing of
Sun Capital Partners behind us, we now have the resources to
develop and expand upon our market-leading position. Our brands,
showrooms and customers will really begin to see the benefits as
the months go by.”
