From October 16th, House of Fraser customers will be able to head to Caffe Nero in Cambridge to collect their online orders. With an abundance of customers in the Cambridge catchment area yet no store of its own, the tie in with Caffe Nero enables HoF to provide its customers with tablet devices to shop online over coffee on the ground floor. Whilst on the first floor the branding is wholly for House of Fraser with manned customer service tills for customers collecting or returning orders, product displays, ordering terminals and a fitting room.
