Alison Lancaster has been appointed as interim chief customer officer by House of Fraser. Lancaster who has held senior roles with John Lewis, Harrods and Charles Tyrwhitt, has most recently supported Bonmarche and Bravissimo in an interim capacity. She steps in at HoF to replace Andy Harding who leaves the multichannel retailer after five years.
