HSS Hire Group is preparing to list in a bid to raise over £100 million to reduce its debt and to enable it to invest for future growth. HSS Hire trades nationally in the tool and equipment hire business with 250 branches. When it floats in February it is expected to achieve a value of around £360 million. Sales in 2013 were £226 million, up from £181 million in 2012.
