eCommerce group Huddled, which operates brands including Discount Dragon, BOOP Beauty and Nutricircle, has raised £705,000 through a share offer of 2.2 million new shares. Notably, Martin Higginson, the executive chairman of the business, subscribed for £137,500.
The Huddled Group specialises in the clearing of FMCG overstocks in the food, drink, beauty and wellness segments which it sells off at discounted prices to consumers via its websites.
