A hybrid mail operation owned by DHL Parcel UK has been sold in an MBO. The Slough based business has been acquired by its long term UK managing director Andy Barber with backing from Mercia Asset Management.
Barber said: “I am delighted that Mercia Asset Management has backed me and my great team to conclude this deal along with the financial support of Thincats. Owing to the excellent assistance from an expert set of advisers, we now have the chance to take this business forward to new levels and have some great plans which will unfold over the course of the next few months.”
