iAdvise is repositioning its customer engagement solution as a conversational commerce platform reflecting the shift in communication “norms” between customers and brands. Created in 2010, iAdvize was originally a chat tool and has gradually become a multichannel platform from which brands can manage online interactions. It is now enabling brands to detect conversation opportunities on all touchpoints whether managed by the brands (website, mobile site, app) or third party (social media networks, messaging apps).
