The Idle Man, a menswear business formed by Oliver Tezcan (ex ASOS) has been acquired by the owner of Oasis and Warehouse in a deal that will see Tezcan remain as managing director, reporting to Hash Ladha who is CEO of Oasis & Warehouse. The move provides Oasis and Warehouse with entry into the menswear market whilst The Idle Man will benefit from the supply chain expertise of its new owner.
Tezcan commented: “This is the start of a very exciting journey for us, we will now have a platform from which we can scale up, attract new customers and develop our own brand wholesale proposition and international business.”
