Ingenico Group has appointed Ian Benn as Managing Director for Ingenico Northern Europe. The business which is headquartered in Dalgety Bay, Scotland, recently revealed plans for the development of an Applications market place supported by a range of new Card Processing terminals that will enable retailers and businesses to benefit from the increasing range of Applications and SaaS services for business.
Confirming Ian’s appointment, Jose-Luis Arias, Managing Director of Western Europe said: “Ian will lead Ingenico Northern Europe at a time when it is introducing a wide range of innovations, new services and new hardware. His previous eight years at FIS in roles encompassing MD for Payment Solutions in EMEA, and latterly COO for the region makes him ideally suited to the scale of opportunities and significance of the challenge.”
