InPost UK has completed the acquisition of Yodel, making it one of the largest delivery companies in the UK.
Commenting on LinkedIn, Neil Kuschel, CEO, Inpost UK said:
“This is a game changer and means retailers now have access to one brand delivering to-locker, to door and to-store for both checkout and returns.
300m parcels, 10k Locker locations for a total 18k Out of Home (and expanding every day!), 700+ e-commerce retailers.
It also allows us to launch next day locker delivery!”
The news was also welcomed by GMB Union with National LeadOrganiser Gill Ogilvie commenting:
“Yodel has endured a tumultuous 12 months.
