Floral gifts business Interflora has tested and is implementing the facility for customers to place orders via Alexa. It offers the option to ‘open Interflora’, place orders, proceeds to check-out using Amazon Pay and have the flowers sent to recipients. In addition, the service developed with Vocala, will offer up seasonal recommendations and suggestions for the personal messages to be sent with the gifts.
