Jack Wills is now owned by Union Lifestyle, a business established by BlueGem Capital and Peter Williams, founder and CEO of the fashion brand. Union Lifestyle bought out Inflexion and is now planning to restore the business following a period of lacklustre results. Along with the change comes a new non-executive chairman, Derek Lovelock, to replace Lord Mervyn Jones, amid plans to expand internationally as well as get the business back to good health. Jack Wills has begun to turn the corner according to reports which say that the return of Peter Williams as CEO has brought the business back on track.
Jack Wills has 66 UK stores plus eight in the USA and seven in the Far East.
