JD Sports Fashion has appointed Prama Bhatt who will join the group later this month as a non-executive director with the nominations committee and the remuneration committee. She will also join the board of JD Sports’ US subsidiary, Genesis Holdings Inc.

Most recently, Bhatt was chief digital officer of Ulta Beauty Inc. She also sits on the Compensation Committee and Board of Hormel Foods Inc. Before this she held senior appointments with Kenneth Cole Productions and Toys R Us.
