JD Williams, part of Manchester-based multititle catalogue group N Brown, has strengthened its customer services operation with the appointment of Ian Farrer as head of operations support and Matthew Felton as head of talent.

Farrer, who has previously worked at Littlewoods, Tesco and BT
Retail, will oversee resource planning, project management,
quality and management information. Felton will focus on
recruitment and employee training across inbound and outboard
sales and service operations.
