British fashion retailer Jigsaw has reported an 18 per cent increase in Spring/Summer sales, as its turnaround strategy continues to deliver improvements across the business.
The retailer recorded growth across all sales channels, with online sales up 21 per cent year-on-year and international online sales up 48 per cent.
Concessions were another particularly strong performer, with sales rising 47 per cent, while store sales increased 6 per cent overall and 11 per cent on a like-for-like basis. Dresses proved especially popular, with sales up 43 per cent.
The latest performance follows a challenging period for Jigsaw, which reported an EBITDA loss of £3.5m on sales of £52.2m for the 61 weeks to March 2025.
The business subsequently underwent a strategic review and recapitalisation, alongside changes to its leadership and a renewed focus on product, fit and fabric.
Signs of recovery were already emerging during the 2025/26 Christmas period, when Jigsaw reported a 26 per cent increase in sales. Online sales grew 34 per cent, stores were up 14 per cent and concessions increased 46 per cent.
With trading improving, Jigsaw is now looking to expand its physical and international presence.
The retailer opened a new Glasgow store in July and has appointed property consultancy Colliers to identify 10 potential new UK locations, including sites in Central London.
International eCommerce is also part of its growth plans, with Jigsaw preparing to launch its Autumn/Winter 2026 collection through the Nordstrom and Macy’s marketplaces in the US.
The latest figures suggest Jigsaw’s turnaround strategy is gaining momentum, with growth coming from stores, concessions, and eCommerce rather than relying on a single channel.
