David Ross who acquired Jigsaw two years ago has called in advisors to negotiate with store landlords and to seek interest in the business. The latter is being handled by Cavendish Corporate Finance which will look to achieve a sale or a new investor.
Ross was one of the co-founders of Carphone Warehouse and has attracted a mixed press following the swift departures of former senior team members of the fashion retail business.
