Up to 20 jobs are at risk in the technical operations
department of TV shopping business Ideal Shopping Direct. According to the
Peterborough Telegraph, Ideal has begun a 30-day consultation with lighting
technicians, camera operators, floor managers and set stagers. Chief exec Mike
Hancox told the newspaper that the company hopes to offer staff other
employment.
