Jobs to go at Not on the High Street & Ted Baker

Not on the High Street is one of a number of businesses reviewing a ‘right-sizing’ of headcount as demand weakens for non-essential products.

The online marketplace, which represents SME craftspeople and makers, has been undergoing an overhaul of its proposition and technology in order to remain relevant to both its sellers and consumers. Its focus has now turned to its teams as it introduces organisational change in some departments which could result in redundancies following consultation.

Ted Baker is also engaged in a strategic review of its HQ staff following its acquisition by Authentic Brands last Autumn. The process is expected to result in the loss of 30 jobs.
