John Lewis has signed a ten year contract with Clipper for the provision of retail support services from a new distribution centre in Northampton. The DC was acquired by Clipper specifically for John Lewis’ requirements and comprises 500,000 sq.ft. which manage all returns from stores as well as eCommerce activities as well as final preparation of merchandise for stores.
