Department store John Lewis has partnered with parcel
service CollectPlus to offer its customers free returns and collections of
online purchases through a network of over 5,000 convenience stores, newsagents
and petrol stations. John Lewis will also trial CollectPlus’
‘Click&Collect+’ service from early autumn this year in Scotland, Northern
Ireland and parts of south west England.
