John Lewis rings the changes


John Lewis has made a raft of charges to its management team responsibilities in order to better achieve the goal of full integration of its retail & online channels. Dinos Rocos who is operations director has assumed the additional responsibility  for omnichannel customer orders, contact handling and health & safety. Paula Nickolds has been promoted to the role of comemrcial director, having previously been buying & brand director; Mark Lewis becomes retail director from his previously role of online director with  Andrew Murphy taking up the newly created role of group productivity director. Meanwhile Craig Inglis takes the role of customer director.
