Joules confirms chief customer officer

Joules has confirmed the appointment of Lysa Hardy as its chief customer officer. This move comes as the lifestyle brand engages in a restructure of its marketing and eCommerce teams in preparation for major growth. Hardy joins on September 5th and will report to CEO Colin Porter. Marketing director Ronny Helvey will move to the role of director of creative services in which he will continue to manage the brand’s internal design group and Ralph Percival will continue in his role of eCommerce director.

Previously chief operating officer at Holland Barrett where she was responsible for eCommerce, marketing, PR and CRM, Hardy has also held senior posts with the RAC, T-Mobile and Orange.
