Joules has announced that its retail revenues grew by 3.1 per cent for the 26 weeks to 24th November, adjusted to take into account the later date for Black Friday this year. Overall revenues grew by 1.3 per cent for the period which it admitted had been challenging across the high street. Undeterred, the business will be opening a further four new stores in what remains of this year.
New CEO for Joules Nick Jones commented: “We continue to invest in our proposition to meet changing customer expectations in a scalable and profitable way and, with positive momentum across both digital and physical channels, we are well placed as we enter the important Christmas trading period.”
