Reynolds has spent the last eight years at the supermarket giant,
most recently as buying and merchandising director for Tesco’s
central European clothing business and was the creator of the
retailer’s Florence & Fred brand.
At Figleaves, Reynolds will be responsible for leading the
company’s expansion and brand development. She will be supported
by Debra Wood, who has joined as chief financial officer from
Waterstone’s Booksellers and chief operating officer Robin
Terrell, who joined from Amazon.co.uk two years ago. October also
saw the appointment of Louise English as marketing director, she
was previously store brand and events director at Sainsbury’s.
