Women’s apparel retailer Karen Millen has launched an online
store. The company, which has 110 stores and concessions in
Europe, the Middle East and the US, has had a nontransactional
site. The new site is powered by Fresca Commerce, a
software-as-a-service (SaaS) application from Fresca.
The site is integrated with Karen Millen’s Mercatus buying and
merchandising system and the systems of its third-party
fulfilment provider, Amethyst, which will allow the site to offer
visitors real-time product availability. Other site features will
include guided navigation and enhanced visualisation.
