Sarah Warnes Rasmusen who returned to Lands’ End in 2017, after a period with Kohl’s Department Stores, to take up the role of SVP of eCommerce, has now been confirmed as the business’ first chief customer officer.
CEO & President of Lands’ End, Jerome Griffith said: “Sarah has always focused on the priorities in our customers’ lives. As we further develop our omnichannel distribution model, we will continue to focus on creating a consistent, high quality, seamless customer experience to enhance our customer connection whenever, wherever and however our customer chooses to shop.”
Lands’ End has a UK operation and is also active in the German market.
