Liberty has extended its contract with Clipper Logistics for a further period. The department store which has used Clipper’s services since 1997 will continue to use its services to support multichannel fulfilment and returns operations for its retail store, eCommerce and wholesale operations. In addition, Clipper will support the Liberty Beauty Advent Calendar, gift with purchase promotions and brand collaborations.
Laurie Neathweay, head of logistic at Liberty said: “I am delighted to have entered a long-term partnership with Clipper. This year the team have delivered a challenging change programme increasing output through both capacity and efficiency enhancements. This has resulted in an outstanding performance against a backdrop of record eCommerce growth with despatching volumes 100 per cent up year-on-year.”
