Administrators Teneo have placed the remaining UK business of Victoria’s Secret into liquidation with the approval of Sally Barber, Judge, following a hearing in the Insolvency and Companies Court. L Brands’ joint venture with Next agreed last year when Next acquired most of the UK assets including stores, and the ongoing UK online business of Victoria’s Secret is not affected. The move will now see Teneo able to pay creditors a proportion of what they are owed by the lingerie business.
