Look Again, the online fashion and homewares brand from the
Freemans Grattan Holdings (FGH) home shopping group, has been
relaunched with a modern new look. The 30-year-old brand says it
has “modernised in order to compete with other
retailers” and now features a greater focus on a fast
turnover of products, ease of use in selecting items, competitive
pricing and an interactive customer experience.
Diane Fowler, business unit director at FGH says the brand has
been recreated “with the aim of having ‘always something
new’ on the site, be it new styles, new prices, new interactive
tools or new rewards.” As a result, FGH is moving away from
the traditional 1,000-page printed catalogues to focus on smaller
publications to drive customers online to the website.
“We’re intending for these smaller publications to be
issued on a monthly basis to keep the content fresh,” she
adds. Fowler also confirmed Look Again is planning a television
and press campaign for 2013.
