L’Oreal has tasked the data division at Rapp to implement a multi-platform CRM solution for a range of its operating divisions in order to underpin its plan for effective personalised marketing programmes. Rapp will gather existing on and offline data for key L’Oreal brands to strengthen the business’ loyalty club which delivers beauty news, advice and exclusive member offers.
