Reports are that Lovecrafts, which has been actively seeking a buyer since July, is edging towards sealing a deal with an American crafting business Missouri Star Quilt.
The well-backed UK business which was founded in 2012 specialises in kits and supplies for crafting hobbies including crochet, knitting and needlework and enjoyed explosive growth during the pandemic lockdown periods.
According to Sky News, the purported sale values Lovecrafts at more than £10m.
