Lovehoney selects Zetes to transform order picking operations globally

Lovehoney has chosen ZetesMedea as part of their warehouse digitisation project to increase efficiency, productivity and accuracy in response to growing customer demand.

Established in 2002, Lovehoney is now the UK’s largest eCommerce retailer for sexual wellness products, serving customers across Europe, North America, and Australasia. An already rapidly growing organisation, the British retailer’s sales skyrocketed during the Covid-19 pandemic causing a strain on their operations and existing processes and requiring further optimisation in order to keep up with growing customer demand.

With both warehouse capacity and productivity stretched, Lovehoney has chosen ZetesMedea, an agile warehouse execution solution, to digitalise processes and increase efficiencies within their order picking process. This solution, complemented by Zetes’ Partner Proglove Mark Display devices, integrates seamlessly with the organisations existing ERP system to fill critical process and visibility gaps, enhancing productivity and user experience.

Not only will ZetesMedea increase productivity but the solution also has the functionality provide real-time intelligence to identify and mitigate errors before they impact the customer. As a modular solution with the ability to digitalise all processes from goods receiving to shipping, Lovehoney benefits from both the initial improvements to their picking processes and the long-term agility and flexibility to enhance operations in a modular way, scaling up as the organisation continues to grow.

Amir Harel, Managing Director, Zetes UK adds “We’re pleased to be working with Lovehoney and to help them meet the demands of their growing business. The global situation and greater strain have accelerated ecommerce growth has been put on warehouse operations, meaning driving greater efficiency and productivity has never been more essential.”
