LUSH adopts subscription model in USA

LUSH is one of an increasing number of multichannel retailers trialling subscription commerce. It has offered the service within the United States since August to enable customers to receive products they use regularly on a repeat basis to match their usage. The quirky UK brand is using a subscription commerce programme called OrderGroove, which enables customers to easily update, extend, cancel and reactivate their subscriptions, to underpin the offering.
