M&S ‘Discover’ Campaign

High street giant, Marks and Spencer, has launched its new
customer recruitment campaign: ‘Discover the new marksandspencer.com.’ The aim
is to attract new customers to shop online at M&S and to convert some of
the 19m customers who currently shop in store. Launching across M&S owned
channels and in over 400 stores nationwide, the campaign encourages customers
to visit the online site, which features editorial content from journalists and
celebrity guests. The campaign will also be supported by a brochure which is available
in-store as well as being distributed via the weekend press.
