Majestic Wine is to acquire Enotria&Coe which is a respected supplier of wines and spirits to restaurants. The new acquisition will continue to trade independently whilst supporting Majestic Wine in its bid to further develop its commercial arm whilst adding further exclusive brands to its overall portfolio.
Majestic Wine CEO John Colley said, “We are pleased to have entered into a formal agreement to acquire Enotria&Coe. It is a business we have competed against and admired for a long time, with a quality proposition and cultural values that align very closely with what we already do at Majestic.”
