In the 52 weeks to 1st April 2013, Majestic Wine saw group
profit before tax increase by £0.5 million to £23.7 million, up on £23.2
million in 2012. Total sales were down 2.1 percent to £274.4 million, but
online sales at the wine retailer rose 14.7 percent on last year and now
represent 11.1 percent of UK retail sales.
