Waterstones has accepted the resignation of its operations director Steve Callaghan prompting a number of changes to its management team. Luke Taylor has risen to the position of retail director with Beccy Preece appointed as logistics director and Andrew Stephenson joining as HR director. Kate Skipper, chief operating office thanked Callaghan, who is leaving after 17 years to spend more time with his family, for playing a “pivotal role” in transforming Waterstones during his tenure.
