Former N Brown Group CEO Alan White has been appointed as Chairman of M and M Direct as it prepares to float. The IPO is expected to value the business which was founded in 1987 at between £150m and £170m. In its last financial year M and M Direct reported sales of £199 million with an EBITDA of £10.5 million.
