Massenet resigns from Net-a-Porter

Net-a-Porter founder Natalie Massenet has resigned from the board of Net-a-Porter choosing not to take a position on the board of Yoox with which the business she founded is merging. The merger has just been approved by the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority. Massenet founded the upmarket fashion business in 2000 and is understood to have received a significant multi-million consideration for her shareholding.
