Martin Woolley, chief executive and Parry Jones chief operating officer have led a management buy-out of the majority stake in media agency and DCA associate member The Specialist Works from its founder Jim Lewcock. Founded 15 years ago as The Insert House, the business now focuses on TV and print media for a number of eCommerce brands in the UK and overseas, generating £120 million in annual sales.
Woolley and Jones hold the majority stake with other management team members owning the balance.
