Tom Enraght-Moony has been appointed to the role of chief customer officer by McArthurGlenGroup and will also take a seat on the company’s management board. The group which operates shopping malls in the UK and Europe has new developments in the pipeline which will significantly increase its estate. Enraght-Moony brings significant digital and mobile experience to the role and will report to CEO Julia Calabrese.
