Metapack Group has acquired ABOL Software Inc., a US vendor of multi-carrier shopping software based in Atlanta. The acquisition extends Metapack’s global service offering and opens the opportunities for its customers targeting the Nroth American market and for US businesses targeting Europe. The acquisition follows that of European shipping solutions provider XLogics which Metapack made last year.
